Waste grab service

Our state-of-the-art dropside tipping lorry with long-reach crane is ideally suited for the easy removal of inert waste.

The fact that its attachments include a clamshell bucket means it can easily grab and load waste from the ground in situations where a skip could not be placed. Alternatively, we can supply bulk bags. The waste we collect can be recycled or disposed of at our Naunton Quarry. And the cost - just £25 per tonne or bulk bag.

Some considerations:

* It is important to consider the positioning of the bag before filling.

* Bag must be left at least 4 metres from the public highway.

* Highway must be at least 3.65metres wide for access of our collection vehicle

* Bag must be kept away from walls, trees, parked cars, overhead cables and any other obstruction that may cause problems for the collection vehicle.

* Never place bag on the public highway or pavement without obtaining permission from the local authority.

* Do not overfill the bag. Maximum weight allowance is one tonne.

* Bag to be used for inert waste only. Ie soils bricks concrete etc. Under no circumstances must other wastes be included. If they are we may refuse to remove the bag or levy a further charge reflecting the commercial cost of disposal of such waste.

* Collection can be arranged by phoning the quarry between the hours of 7am-5 pm Monday to Friday.
